We use 2 different payment gateways to process all orders, which is:
- Midtrans*: this gateway accept payment with Visa/MasterCard debit/credit card, ATM/mobile banking/direct bank transfer, and GO-Pay e-wallet.
- PayPal**: this gateway accept payment with your PayPal balance and Visa/MasterCard/American Express debit/credit card.
Note:
*) There will be an additional charge of 3% + IDR 5,000 (Convenience Fee), after discount (if any), for each order you made by using this payment gateway. This gateway only available for payment in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) currency.
**) There will be an additional charge of 4.4% + SGD 0.6 (PayPal Fee), after discount (if any), for each order you made by using this payment gateway. This gateway only available for payment in Singapore dollar (SGD) currency.
FAQ
When I can download my footage?
Upon completed/successful payment/order, you can download your footage from our “Thank You” page, or from our “Order Completed” e-mail, or from your Download page.
I’ve made the payment but didn’t redirected to “Thank You” page
You can check your order status here. If the status is success but there’s no available download in your Download page, please contact us and provide your Order ID/Number.
Do you offer refund?
No. After payment and order confirmed, you can not file any refund, except for some cases. Check Refund Policy in our Terms of Use here.
Do you have promotion?
