Without limiting the above, @TravellersID does not guarantee that

  1. The Website will meet User requirements;
  2. access to the Website will not be disturbed;
  3. the quality of the Website will meet User expectations; and
  4. any errors or defects on the site, service or material will be corrected.

@TravellersID makes no representations or guarantees that the Website will be permitted in the user's jurisdiction, that any @TravellersID Content owned by the Buyer will always be available through the Website or will be stored by the Website, that the Website will meet the User's needs, or that @TravellersID will continue to support certain features of this Website. The extent to which the refusal or limitation of liability does not apply, all guarantees express, implied and applicable law will be limited to the duration of 7 (seven) days after the date the User first used the Site, and no guarantee will be valid after that period.

H. Compensation Policy

User agrees to defend, indemnify and free @TravellersID, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, third party information providers, senders and contractors independently of all claims, damages, costs, responsibilities and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to User behavior, use or inability of Users to use the Website, User violations or suspected violations of the Website Terms of Use or any representation or guarantee contained herein, the use of Users who do not valid for @TravellersID Content, or User violation of the rights of others.

I. Refund Policy

Basically, there is no refund / refund policy for every transaction made through this Website, except

  1. If there is multiple billing on one purchase transaction (order number) due to a fault of the @TravellersID system or a third party designated / used by @TravellersID to process payment. In this case, the Buyer must be able to provide valid evidence that multiple billing has occurred. If this can be proven by the Buyer and approved by @TravellersID, then the Buyer will get a refund directly to the method of payment that used by Buyer.
  2. The buyer makes a mistake in choosing the Size and wants to change to another Size. In this case, the Buyer can only make changes to higher/bigger Size. Example: If the Buyer initially purchases photos with Medium size, Buyer can only make an increase to the Large size and pay the difference in costs. This provision only applies to the same @TravellersID Content and in the process no refund will be made to the Buyer.

J. Others

  1. Any controversy or claims arising from or related to this Agreement, or its violations, must be resolved by means of deliberation to reach consensus. If this cannot be fulfilled, then the User agrees to resolve it through legal channels in the jurisdiction where @TravellersID takes shelter and each party must bear their respective costs, unless otherwise specified in the court.
  2. These Terms of Use are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of Indonesia, without respecting the conflict of legal principles.
  3. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and any license agreement that you make with @TravellersID, the terms of the license agreement apply.
  4. These Terms of Use must be interpreted as not against or supporting any party, but more in accordance with the meaning of fair language here. The inability or lack of strength of any part of these Terms of Use does not affect the validity or validity of this agreement.
  5. If there is a difference in meaning between the Terms of Use of this English version and Indonesian versions, the Indonesian language version applies.

These Terms of Use were last updated on 11 February 2019 and will continue to be valid until the amendment.
